I've never understood this "woo-ing" business.
What, do they go up to people and yell: "Woo Woo!!"???

Punch *261 on your mobile phone and you'll get a text message back listing the buildings within a kilometer of your location that are associated with a confirmed SARS case. The only thing we get here is the name of the county and state.

It probably won't hit North Korea, a country which has one of the best possible defenses against SARS--near-total isolation from the outside world. No travel, no visitors--no disease.

Actually, there is quite a bit of travel between NK and China. Mostly refugee but some official travel.

Fair enough, Appy, but that's nothing compared to the thousands who used to routinely go in and out of China from the rest of the world every day.
